Refund Policy — LogicMojo Live Classes

Thank you for enrolling with LogicMojo. We are committed to delivering a high-quality live learning experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our live class programs, as it explains when a refund is available and how to request one. By enrolling in a LogicMojo Live Class, you agree to the terms set out below.
Refund Eligibility
Important — Refund Window
A full refund is available only for the first 2 classes from the batch start date, which means the refund window is valid for the first 7 days only. After this period, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Medical Emergency — Batch Switch
In case a candidate is unable to attend the current batch due to a genuine medical emergency, they will have the option to switch to an upcoming batch, subject to approval and availability.
To be eligible for a refund within the 7-day window:
- The refund request must be raised in writing (via email) within 7 days of the batch start date, i.e., before the 3rd class of the batch.
- The request must be made from the email address used at the time of enrollment, along with the payment reference details.
- Refund eligibility is based on the batch start date — not the date of your first attended class. Missing the initial classes does not extend the refund window.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Batch Name]” within the 7-day refund window.
- Include your enrollment details, registered email address, and payment reference or transaction ID.
- Our team will verify your request and confirm eligibility within 3–5 business days.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Batch Switch Option
If a genuine medical emergency prevents you from attending your current batch, you may request to switch to an upcoming batch instead of a refund. Please note:
- Supporting documentation (such as a medical certificate) may be requested for verification.
- Batch switching is subject to approval by the LogicMojo team and availability of seats in the upcoming batch.
- A batch switch, once approved, does not create a new refund window — the original enrollment terms continue to apply.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests raised after the first 7 days (or after the first 2 classes) of the batch start date.
- Dissatisfaction reported after the refund window has closed.
- Failure to attend classes, incomplete participation, or scheduling conflicts on the candidate’s side.
- Discounted or promotional enrollments, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Changes to This Policy
We may update or amend this Refund Policy from time to time so that it accurately reflects our services. Any changes will be prominently posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
