Hi everyone, myself Aman Lateef. I have graduated in Information Technology from SJB Institute of Technology. While in the final year I decided that I wanted to work in the data science domain because I found it interesting and the perks were good. I came to know about Logicmojo’s Data Science Course and joined them as their course curriculum was elaborate and they provided live classes on weekends.
I really enjoyed the course. It provided a comprehensive and interactive learning experience that covered all the data science, from data collection and analysis to machine learning and deployment. Before in college I used to struggle with Machine Learning a lot but at Logicmojo there project-based approach on tackling ML Algorithms one by one made the learning simpler. Even if I had doubts, I found a solution to them on the Logicmojo’s Slack group of peers and instructors. The doubt sessions were of immense help. The faculties even take one on one sessions if doubts were not cleared from hints. Having said that, it is a very good course which covers almost everything and is a really good course to get a start on the Machine and Deep Learning Techniques.
While I was still in college, I decided to learn data science through a course since before that I was not even able to clear the online assessment rounds. With college and projects, it was hard to focus on learning data science, I joined the weekend batches to spend proper hours on developing my coding. Apart from that I dedicated two hours on a daily basis for assignments, data science projects, and watching previous lectures of Logicmojo. Sometimes my classes or exams interfered and I had to break with my schedule but in the end, I managed to complete the course in seven months as scheduled. After that I practiced mock interviews, attended mentorship sessions and within the next two months I was able to clear two offers. I finally ended up joining Infosys.
They were the reasons I was able to clear rounds in the interview. I mean I was learning fine about Math, Deep Learning, Generative AI but almost everyone was doing that, what really helped me in the interview were the feedback that I worked on from mock interviews. The way I have to present myself, my projects, improve my communication skills all came from mentorship sessions. Giving regular mock interviews prepares me for the actual interview environment.
Logicmojo helped me land a job in the data science domain, and I am really thankful for that to all the instructors and team. To anyone thinking about getting into data science and looking for a course, I will without a doubt suggest you join Logicmojo’s data science course. Don't worry if you're not motivated to take an online course. You'll be motivated by the classes, deadlines, and mentor support. The curriculum is well organized. Practice, practice, and more practice is all you need to do.
