1. Agentic AI Depth Score (30%)
Does it teach beyond 'add tools to ChatGPT'? I mapped each course against the full Agentic AI stack that hiring managers told me they test for.
💡 This criterion got the highest weight because 89% of hiring managers told me depth is what separates candidates.
2. Framework Coverage (15%)
How many frameworks are taught with real depth? Every hiring manager I spoke to asked candidates 'Why would you choose LangGraph vs AutoGen here?'
💡 I learned this the hard way — I failed an interview because I only knew LangChain.
3. Project Portfolio Quality (20%)
Can you show these projects in an interview? I looked for multi-step workflows, error handling, and production patterns — not toy demos.
💡 Hiring managers told me: 'Show me your agent handling an edge case, and I'll know if you're real.'
4. Learner Outcome Data (15%)
What actually happens after course completion? I tracked LinkedIn job title changes and interviewed 100+ alumni directly.

Monitoring, cost control, guardrails = real-world readiness.
- Alumni are visible on LinkedIn with verifiable transitions
Real people with real job changes = credible outcomes.
- Framework diversity (not just "LangChain agents")
Employers want architects who can choose the right tool.
- Honest about limitations
"Not for everyone" signals confidence, not desperation.
- Regular curriculum updates mentioned
Shows they're keeping pace with the fast-moving field.
