    4. 4Check placement timelines: ask for median time-to-placement specifically for non-engineering backgrounds
    5. 5Look for specific role transitions (HRBP → People Analytics Lead, TA → AI-HR Consultant) — not vague "career growth"

    "100% Placement Assistance" vs. "Placement Guarantee" — What I Learned Investigating This

    During my research, I specifically asked each course provider to define their placement terms. Here's what I found: "Placement Assistance" means career services — resume help, interview prep, job board access, and recruiter introductions. You still need to perform in interviews. This is standard and honest. "Placement Guarantee" implies they guarantee a job — and in my investigation, I found zero courses that could provide verifiable data backing a "guarantee" for HR-AI roles specifically. What matters more: verified placement rate (I asked for LinkedIn-verifiable data — only 4 out of 10 courses could provide it), quality of roles placed (People Analytics Manager ≠ generic MIS Executive — I found 2 courses conflating these), and active career support duration (I found a range from 3 months to 12 months — and the difference is massive for career-switching HR professionals who may need 6+ months).
